Merab Dvalishvili - This is going to take some talking through so stay with me here. Aljo vs Cejudo is going to happen, if Aljo wins, he’s most likely going to featherweight to fight Volkanovski (provided he beats Yair.) That leaves the door open for Merab vs Sean O’Malley for the vacant Bantamweight title.
Petr Yan - Needs to fight down the rankings, if Chito Vera wins it could be him, but I prefer the winner of Rob Font/Adrian Yanez.
Alexander Volkov - Volkov has only lost to the best of the best at Heavyweight. He’s on a bit of a winning run at the moment so I’d put him in there with Tai Tuivasa.
Alexandr Romanov - It’s a tough one here as Romanov is now on a 2-fight skid. I’d throw him in there with Augusto Sakai who deserves a crack at the top 15.
Nikita Krylov - Depending on the timeframe of his return, Aleksandar Rakic could work nicely for Krylov to set up an all-European affair.
Ryan Spann - The fight to make is Spann vs Volkan Oezdemir. Both guys lost to Krylov in their last bouts, book it.
Jonathan Martinez - He’ll fight up the rankings next (assuming he takes spot number 14) and I think he should fight the loser of Pedro Munhoz/Chris Gutierrez.
Said Nurmagomedov - I’d book Said with Kyler Phillips who’s currently looking to break back into the top 15.
Mario Bautista - He’s on a 4 fight win streak and I could see him fighting Said, however, I’d match him up with Cameron Saaiman who fought last week at UFC 285.
Guido Cannetti - Canetti is now on a losing streak, however, I’d put him in there with Farid Basharat for a very exciting fight.
Vitor Petrino - Petrino should bring revenge for Brazil in a heated match against Ihor Potieria who famously beat Shogun Rua at UFC 283.
Anton Turkalj - The Pleasure Man had a fight-of-the-night brawl last night and another exciting fight for him would be Carlos Ulberg to determine who really holds the title of the UFC’s “Pleasure Man.”
