In our first fight of this UFC 293 PPV we have two debutants ready to make their mark in the UFC. Ireland’s Kiefer Crosbie takes on France’s Kevin Jousset. This one is a guaranteed banger.
Kiefer Crosbie has a pro MMA Record of 10-3 and his last fight was an exhibition boxing bout against Geordie Shore’s Aaron Chalmers, Kiefer won a clear unanimous decision and dropped the geordie. In Crosbie’s last MMA fight however he took out UFC veteran Alex ‘Cowboy’ Oliveira with a first round KO. Crosbie has wanted this call up for many years and has earned his way to Sydney.
Kevin Jousset however is a tough matchup for Crosbie. Kevin has a pro MMA record of 8-2. Winning 4 out of his last 5. This is a very good matchup. Kevin has a kickboxing background training out of CKB (City KickBoxing) training with the likes of Adesanya, Kara France and Volkanovski. However thats not to say Crosbie doesnt train with the elite also, being very close to Conor McGregor and training with him for many years. Both men will want their hand raised on Sunday night (Sydney time) and get that UFC debut out of the way.
In my opinion, this fight should be way higher on the card, Kiefer’s personality is a factor in why the UFC signed him, us fight fans are in for a treat on this one, Do not blink during this fight i believe there is going to be a KO.
